      Customer service is not quite what it should be. I had been mowing grass and used the drive thru but had to go in anyway. I was not greeted with a smile, that's for sure

      Poor customer service. Entered the bank and was basically ignored. One teller was busy on cell phone and didn't greet me or ask if I needed help. Other tellers didn't greet me at all. I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before I was asked if I needed assistance. All bank employees were busy doing other besides helping customers. Security guard kept circling around the area I was in. He didn't circle around white customers. This is the most unprofessional TD bank in the Volusia County and Central Florida area.
