Great customer service. Had an issue with online banking for two weeks but the assistant manager, Amanda Collins sent me daily updates and helped get it resolved.

went and withdrew money using my debt card from inside the bank on Monday I left my card in the machine not realizing what I had done. Wednesday went back to the bank canceling the card on Tuesday to get a new card come to find out they had the card. Nobody had the decency or smarts to contact me and let me know they had the card. They had my correct cell number and nobody bother to call me ,unacceptable done with that branch and maybe the bank it's self. The most convenience Bank my foot!
