      If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Service is absolutely nonexistent. I refinanced my house and now they service the loan. They screwed up my paperwork so my payment never went to my account. Try to get someone on the phone to straighten it out? - forget about it!!!!!

      This bank does not care about their customers at all. The customer service is terrible. They put you on hold, then hang up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not bank with them, run.
