      Don’t know what they are talking about. Went in for a auto loan and they told me 4 different numbers. Matched everyone then get denied by the same person that told me so. INEXPERIENCED

      I have been a member with this bank for years and they are a good bank to be a member of. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with how they won't allow me to have the full benefits that my account has to offer, like overdraft protection and courtesy pay to be reinstate. My account was changed back in 2014 due to a charge amount I owed and couldn't payback due to a motorcycle accident that cause me to be out of work for 1 1/2 yrs. I had my motorcycle financed by them as well has a personal loan, which both were paid in full. The courtesy pay amount I owed didn't get paid until I was able to work again. I kept my membership because I enjoy banking with them and I thought since been a member over the yrs an relationship and trust was being built. Recently, I have been calling to see if I could speak with a manager or someone who could view and maybe override this decision about my account but they're always out of the office and I never get a call back.
