      Excellent team. Honest, upfront and knowledgeable from start to finish. Was able to find a home in a difficult market and Tea Leaf was able to streamline the process for me as efficiently as I could imagine. Timely replies and accessible throughout the buying process. Highly recommend.

      Worst experience I have ever had buyer or selling a house. Rob, the broker of Tea Leaf had to take over for our original agent after I threatened to fire them because they fumbled multiple above asking price offers. You had to pry for attention, feed back from visits/open houses or any information. Rob’s poor communication put him in a position costing Tea Leaf thousands in credits to the buyer. Due to Rob and Tea Leaf not keeping their end of the contract, our closing in CT (and closing on our next home) was delayed. The delays cost my wife and I unnecessary expenses and stress. I would advise people to consider going with a larger, more established broker to avoid the problems that I experienced.

      The team at Tea Leaf was terrific from start to finish. In preparing the home, they had a professional on staff to help us with getting the house ready for listing. She suggested improvements and offered ways to help present our house to prospective buyers to highlight its favorable characteristics. The amount of time spent with us getting the house ready was remarkable. When photos were taken, a whole team showed up from Tea Leaf to view the house and assist with presenting our house in its finest light. After the house was listed, they were wonderful in organizing and presenting the offers in an organized way. They were prepared to discuss the pros and cons of each offer. The end result was terrific too. They were also attentive to where we were going, in this case, to a rental unit. In my view, they earned every bit of their commission and we were glad they were in our corner.
