  I highly recommend Michael Truong as one the best real estate agents .He has worked well beyond what one could expect, not only be very professional, experienced but also very knowledgeable about the real estate market as well as the process to help you buy or sell any houses the quickest way. He has helped us sell our 2 rental houses within 3 months with the higher price we asked for. The first one was done within 1.5 months, the second one took longer time due to a delay from the buyer. He explained the whole thing to us from the first day, what difficulty we might get and how long the process would take and everything happened exactly the way he planned. We are so happy that our houses were listed at the right time and done by the right agent like Michael so our profit was maximized. Furthermore, he was helping us the whole summer looking for the house of our dream. He was always available to answer our questions, very prompt at responding to emails, calls and texts. He was also always prepared with documentation for all the houses that he was showing to us, had the great understanding of the local real estate market and finally after so much time and patience , he found us a beautiful house which we are gonna close hopefully by the beginning of next year.
