      Jeff Chisum personally came to my closing and even contacted his office on the fly to adjust some loan numbers when the other party altered them at closing due to a miscalculation on their part for the tax amount. Extremely impressed.

      If I could give 0 stars I would.......! I am currently in the process of selling my home in Keller. The buyers are using "Team Chisum" for their lender. I can't tell you how many problems we have had thus far. Things that have gone wrong thus far include: miscalculated income which changed the offer amount, poor communication, changing the loan from Conventional to FHA , and changing the closing date 3 times. If you are a home buyer don't waste anytime with this group. If you are a seller, don't do business with this group.
