  I purchased my vehicle in September 2012. I am still so pleased with my purchase. Although the mileage on the car was high (as they usually are when you purchase from buy here - pay here places), it is running so well. I have had no problems at all. My payments are so low that I just can't wait to pay this car off so I can afford to buy my daughter's first car from here as well. Charlie is the best and the finance company does whatever they can do to make sure you are able to maintain your commitment. This being only the second vehicle that I've ever purchased on my own (first used), I was very sceptical because I thought they would take advantage of my necessity for a vehicle. I would and will refer any friend or family in need to VP Auto/Tejas Finance. It's such a load off my back to have a reliable car and to know that the payment just comes straight out of my account. All I have to do is make sure the money is available.

  My daughter has a car from them and she love it,however my daughter has had some medical issues and in and out the hospital my daughter does her best to make payments and her step mom and I try to help as much as we can, but they hound and hound her,she let a person know she is going in to a hospital and yet we get a text about a payment after she has let them know what is happening. They don't care about a person health at all.

  Don’t purchase a vehicle from this company. I spent almost 3 years paying on a 2002 Lexus RX 300 I paid 15,000, when it was almost paid off the transmission went out. After I explained I could not make payments because a few weeks before the transmission went out I spent money to get the fuel pump replaced. They told me there was nothing that they could do and to give them the car to fix it and i could get it back after I could come out with a payment . Not only did they over charge me extremely on this vehicle they had the nerve to send me a $3,000 bill stating they reported my balance to the IRS. I had been through about 7 account managers since I had my vehicle. They do very bad service. Don’t get a vehicle from here.
