My family has been with this institution going back to CHACO Credit Union. When we first learned of the transition to Telhio, we had some concerns about what might change. Several years in to our continued use of the credit union, we could not be happier and here's why: -First and foremost, I feel as though all of the staff truly value our family. We do most of our personal banking here and also hold savings accounts for our children so we frequent the location and the quality of service is the same regardless of the day of the week or time of day-both in the lobby and at the drive-thru. We are always greeted with kind words and smiles. We are not just a number with Telhio. -We have used Telhio for special services like auto loans and have been very impressed with how competitive they are on interest rates and similar items. In fact, there have been instances where they may not have had truly the lowest cost, but we chose them over other options because we knew they would provide a higher level of service and care over the lifetime of the product. -Their Money Mammals program has been a fun way for our children to learn the value of saving and good money management. They love the mailings they receive and look forward to getting punches on their cards when bringing in money. It's an extra special treat when they can use the coin machine before making a deposit (another great member service). -Overall, being known as a "member" and not a "customer" or "account holder" is what I think makes all the difference. I feel as though I am part of something that cares about me and my financial needs and goals.
