  Not a good experience with this company. I responded to their initial request. I then got another request and I called and the person I talked to was very rude, I reconfirmed the needed information. Now I receive a third request for the same information. Not a big of a company that continues to send copies of sensitive information repeatedly thru the mail. If they cannot handle their own operations how can they possibly audit another company.

  Wish I could give 0 stars. This place will call and set so much info from you then send it to another number. My fiance had his info taken by these people. Saying we're coming to find you and you need to sign this packet. Quit wasting your time his credit is frozen now. So good luck

  Requesting a lot of information about us on behalf of Keller Mortgage who sold our mortgage over 2 months ago. They will not answer or return calls to cease requests. Impossible to get a hold of anyone.

We are a mortgage auditing company and we perform audits on mortgage lenders, not on mortgage consumers. We are required to re-verify information provided to us by lenders to ensure lenders are following the strict regulations and guidelines set forth by various government agencies. Our role is to help protect consumers from predatory lending situations by performing regular audits on the mortgage lender’s loan files. We do not request any information from the consumer.
