  We can not say enough about the staff and over all care our son is receiving at Terra Bella. They are helpful, kind, and know what they are doing. They genuinely care about their residents and you can hardly find that anywhere. The only significant challenge is their phone system tends to act up but we have an echo device in his room so we can have visual contact periodically. If you are considering a place for your loved one you can hardly find anything better. We feel blessed we found this facility and very highly recommended it.

  We recently moved my Dad in to this facility and so far it’s been amazing! The staff here are attentive and helpful. Ms.Marilyn really helped us walk through the process and have been there ever step of the way! The residents seem very happy and well taken care of. I can’t thank the staff enough for making this transition stress free and comfortable for my Dad and family!

  My visit to TerraBella Health and Wellness Suites on 288/Orem was a game changer. I visited on a Saturday, without an appointment and was initially helped by Obie, LVN, who introduced me to Ms. Andreal Ross, the Business Office Manager. She could not have been more helpful, attentive and welcoming as I was in “such distress“ and so worried about the placement of my mom. Ms. Ross, proceeded to allay my fears and concerns and took me on a tour. Along the way she informed me of all the ways TB could assist me with all of the business aspects of what was needed to make the transition from an inpatient hospital stay to a LTC Facility stay. Before I left I was referred to a Ms. Marilyn Mitchell, the Admissions Director, who I was able to meet with on the following Monday. Marilyn was also was very welcoming. She imparted a wealth of information to me regarding the transition process and all that would be needed to complete that process. Marilyn, walked me through this transition and was always available for any questions I had along the way. I was never made to feel like I was alone or asking too many questions. I learned so much along the way and felt "fully informed and secure" that all of the business and legal aspects of my moms placement had been done correctly from the federal, state, patient and families perspective. Marilyn, does indeed know what she is doing and after "profuse reading and research on my own" her information was verified and reverified. Marilyn, made my moms transition a truly flawless and ideal process and is an i n v a l u a b l e resource. Now, I, will speak on the facility itself. I understand that TB was built/opened in 2018, so it is a relatively new property. My first impression was a truly good one and we all know that you can "never redo or undo a first impression." Here are our Top 10 Reasons for 2 Thumbs up on TerraBella: Atmosphere: 1) During my initial tour I found the facility to be extremely clean and bright with excellent lighting. 2) The hallways are w i d e enough for a patient, family member and staff to easily navigate. 3) The flooring was modern, bright, really handsome, "flat and even"; FALL RISK is greatly minimized. 4) Off of the main hallway there were two handsome large sitting areas for family and guests to meet. 5) There is a pool room, craft and game room, other visiting rooms and dining rooms. The interior decor is very modern, contemporary and bright. 6) The outside cour yard and patio is lovely, quiet and so tranquil. My mom loves “hot weather” and I know she will great make use of this area in the coming summer. Beautiful landscaping... 7) The Rehab area is HUGH and well equipped. The staff is very patient centered and most approachable. 😎 Patient Rooms: - Are spacious and easily navigable even with a wheelchair. -The bathroom itself is "hugh" with a drive up/drive in shower area. - I think every room has a flat screen TV with cable/WiFi and pt’s have their own phone, so they can make and receive calls directly into their room w/o the need for an operator. -The room I was shown also had a small personal refrigerator for keeping homemade food items. There is more than enough closet and drawer space, thus no need for the rooms to look cluttered. servings and my mom says, the “food is well seasoned “. 10) Staff: My mom really likes the staff and says they treat her well. This is the most important aspect of her staying in a LTC facility that worried me. I'm so happy and relieved to hear her comments, as her concerns are “my concerns.” Kudos to all. I would like to recognize the Weekday and Weekend Receptionists, Obie, LVN Rosemary, RN; Shauna, LVN***, Willie and Rita w/ Housekeeping; Lee Ann, RN, Keyota, RN*** on Unit 100, the Social Director, Nutrition Services, Rehab Services, Facilities Mgmt for quickly fixing a few things for us and so, so many others. My only regret is not getting all of their names before writing this review. We are grateful to everyone! TerraBella is w o r t h a visit. The Guidry Family
