      The people are very freindly, but are lacking some customer skills. I made a cash deposit and the teller never verified the amount of the deposit. Prior to this transaction, I deposited a check and I was told the funds were available immediately. Then I was called from the bank to say,the bank hadn't received their money for the check,so don't spend anymore. I could see this type of reaction from this bank,had I always had a over drawn account but never have I had a negative balance. I really feel like race plays a part into my situation.
