      Christ on a cracker...the South Shore branch is either seriously understaffed or they just don't give a rat's rearend about gaining new business. I had previous bad experiences with a telephone consult arranged through their website (nobody called, they claimed I didn't leave a number even though this is a hard stop on their appt request form), and a face-to-face visit appointment. Still, I felt strongly about giving them one more chance. This morning at 10:17am I called and spoke to a representative, who collected my questions then told me she would call the South Shore branch to see if someone was available (I waited on hold). She returned a few minutes later to tell me the manager was with a customer but would call me back. Once again, I left my call back number. Then crickets. The manager - the person in charge of this branch, setting the example for all employees within - didn't bother to return the call. Okay, I get it. You aren't interested in a new customer. Point taken.

      Luis assisted with an auto refinance. Got us a great rate and also helped us get a pre approval for a second used car loan. TBCU is great. We have been more than happy since switching over. Their service is excellent.
