  Let me start off by saying that at the beginning I was having a very difficult situation that needed to be handled and Zenaida stepped up to the plate. I needed to get a loan because of some financial issues that happened regarding a death in my family I was having a hard time getting it prepared. But when she stepped up to help I felt like I mattered and someone actually cared. Not only was she sympathetic to what I needed to get done she never hesitated on going above and beyond trying to get that taken care of. And the good news is I got the loan to be able to take care of other personal financial matters. She is the type of leader any company would be proud to have. But lucky for all of us she works for Texas Bay credit Union. Zenaida I am forever grateful for your professionalism for your honesty and integrity and most of all for your caring heart.   Texas bay credit union is awesome. I had a great experience opening my account with Texas bay. Zenaida Fobbs is the best, she's awesome. Zenaida was very helpful, she answer all my questions with detailed answers, if I could give her 10 stars I would. Shes kind, she's patience, she has a beautiful attitude and because of those qualities in Zenaida I had a great experience joining this credit union! Thank you Zenaida! You're awesome!
