      What a joke. Incredibly unprofessional. Update: Nothing was resolved contrary to what you post in a response comment on Google. Why send a letter starting when part of a new customers funds will be available and then say “oh that’s not true even though that is our signed letter. None of that is accurate.” No wonder most people choose not to use small banks anymore. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and does not know how to be in a customer service field.
