      Everyone at this bank is so friendly and helpful...Jaime the bank manager has personally helped me with getting my online banking setup. They call my husband and I by name when we walk in; that is nice.. love the amenities this bank offers!

      Had to deal with the san benito branch today was skeptical at first because i had a bad experience the first time.if you want excellent service and hands down be treated like family go to the buisness 77 branch in harlingen. Like i said san benito and brownsville branches will leave you with a headache

      Mr. Jaime Collins and all the staff at the new San Benito location have been so helpful in getting us set up with our business and personal accounts. The bank has so many awesome amenities, the ATM machine alone allows you to do so much! Not to mention how beautiful the bank is on the inside... Everyone is so friendly and personable, they really focus on creating a relationship with you. I've never had a bad experience.... This is an EXCELLENT BANK!
