Texas Trust has helped me and my family with every service we have asked about with patient and knowledge. I know this may cause others to have longer wait times. Sometimes, I feel like I am taking up there time and other banks/credit unions might rush you along just to get to the next customer. But here, they make you feel like it is about quality not quantity. And the people here give us 5 star service every visit! So, when I do come and have to wait in line, I am not bothered...because I know that they are just taking good care of another member. And I have other options for almost every service that they offer, if I just cannot wait (online or over the phone or the ATMS). And I have visited at least 3 different branches and have had the same experience. Anytime there is an issue, they are very honest and straight-forward with us. Plus, I am always kept aware of what is going on with my accounts through a variety of different ways. All of this great service, without any of the traditional bank account monthly fees! That is why We are Texas Trust for life!
