      What bad bank can't have ATMs available for one to deposit and have such old ATMs? This bank is rubbish, the attention when you call is terrible.

      I reached out to Carlos Vasquez at the beginning of August for a refinance and he has still not finalized my loan. Sporadic communication is an understatement. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but I've had enough of his unprofessional attitude. He will be the reason why I will take my business elsewhere.
