      This was my second home purchase with Mike and his team. No issues with either home purchase. Very quick to respond and made the process very easy for us. Highly recommend.

      Very helpful and attentive staff, I needed a lot of assistance and answers to my questions (there were a lot) McCoy's team made and took the time to make sure I understood the answer to all my questions. Very helpful in planning finances and looking at different scenarios for all the different homes I looked at. More realistic approval than a few competitors I talked to and they beat their rates. Not sure how approval or rates work in this business but they were better. I recommend this team based on how easy they are to work with and how quickly they got everything done (pre approval/ close / etc) and lastly they communicate constantly and reach out without needing to be contacted first; that shows you are front of mind / on a calendar. Already sent my boss their way and he is undergoing his first home buying process now.

      This is our second home loan with Mike McCoy in a little less than 10 years. Mike has always taken as much time as needed to personally help us. He is patient and doesn't let on like he is a busy guy. But I know he is very busy and I really appreciate him personally taking time to help us. Working with Mike is like working with a lifelong friend that I can totally put my trust in and know has my best interest priority number one. He knows this business like none other. He can explain things at a level as advanced or as simple as needed for my understanding and still manage to surprise me with something that greatly benefits me and my family over the life of the home loan and the property we are purchasing. You can never go wrong by choosing Mike and his awesome team.
