  This bank has been so helpful to me so far! Their options of business and personal accounts are pretty great. My bank specialist was super helpful and made me feel at ease!

  Wish i could give zero stars. No protection of erroneous or fraudulent charges. Reported several issues and was always given attitude and unprofessional behavior from Tabitha and I was literally told that there was nothing they could do. I canceled my card and withdrew my money, only to see that days later another charge was posted via debit card (my canceled one) I was made to cover that charge as well. When I asked about it I was told by Tabitha it was a ACH transaction but when showed proof the bank manger stated I was correct but that there wasn't anything they could do and kept forcing me out of the drive through. This has to be the biggest joke of a bank. Don't bank here. I've never had an issue with my accounts at BOA or Navy Federal. I wish i could post the recording on here for they way they treat people.
