      Great customer service. However, the drive thru service is always slow.

      Had an issue with Apple Pay. Bank advised to contact them, didn't want to help with a fraudelent charge. Says nothing they could do since it was person to person (whatever that means) didn't matter that it was not autorized. Customer service lacking in concern for the customers funds. David Littlewood seems to enjoy shutting my acct down on a Friday to block my access and wasn't available to speak to. Took time from work and closed it myself so I wasn't without my funds. Would not recommend not a customer service oriented bunch Divid allowed the lower people to handle his dirty work and they took great pride is trying to block my access to my funds without sucess
