      Please be aware if your condo is managed by Avalon as it will be difficult to sell. They refuse to fill out the Condominium Project questionnaire for the buyer's lender, which is required for conventional mortgages by Fannie/Freddie. My lender is trying but says there is little if any chance of my loan to go through because of their refusal to fill out this simple standard form. Update: The lender was able to work with what information was available to them and we could close.
