Went to the bank after work to ask for proof of funds for my account, all I needed was a simple print out of our account with our balance on it and the lady said “I am busy today and I’m alone, come back tomorrow morning” when there was only one other client and there was still half an hour left before closing. You can tell customer satisfaction is not their priority.

THEE most unfriendly, obnoxious, condescending bank i have ever dealt with. E V E R Y last person. Not that its anyone business, but have deposited and transferred a few bucks here and there since opening an account 6 months ago, less. Never receive a smile EVER. Always recieved a welcome from First Union, Wachovia (Wells Fargo now), Mellon, BB&T, Citizens, and Guido the loan shark are always like, "hey, how you doin' welcome to Wachovia". Which is probably why they are no more and too nice. Maybe delmarva is onto something since someone says they are the number one bank. Bank? Or Store? I mean pandering to the schools to sell their junk food to make you fatter may be why they are liked. i am not impressed and closing all accounts, and moving on. You may or may not know, WSFS has been Serving the Greater Delaware Valley since 1832, WSFS Bank is one of the ten oldest banks in the United States continuously operating under the same name. (Wikipedia) WSFS Financial Corporation is a multi-billion-dollar financial services company. Its primary subsidiary, WSFS Bank, is the largest and longest-standing locally managed bank and trust company headquartered in Delaware and the Greater Delaware Valley. WSFS operates from 152 offices in Delaware alone. Going to give them a try, just base ON "largest and longest-standing". I be suspicious of one bank being the number one bank every year since 1832!! And of one i find horrid but someone else thinks is number one and has the capability to put it in print.
