      Shawn was helpful, friendly and most importantly he was able to help me finish my task of making an estate account for my mom. I was very happy as I tried to do this at my moms bank in Elk River and they made me an appt for next week. In addition, he even printed me a few checks instead of making me order a whole book that is not needed. 6 stars if I could! Love the Bank of ER. I have many accounts, personal, business and now my moms and am always happy with the service.
