      This is a wonderful bank with exceptional customer service. There is always a person to speak with on the phone or in person at the bank. Everyone is very knowledgeable and even if they need to get more information regarding an inquiry, they have always followed up with us in a timely manner. For online banking they have a very easy to navigate and straight forward website and services. We like having an actual physical bank to goto and take care of things in person. Their rates are competitive and FDIC insured, we've dealt with larger national banks but they seemed disorganized and spent more time passing on issues from one employee to another vs resolving even simple things for customers. Highly recommend them for banking and other financial services because of the personal care and fantastic customer service from their staff.

      The bank of Glen Burnie has serviced my family for about 30 yrs. We haven't ever had any problems with our dealings here. They have great managers and tellers. It is definetly a great experiece where they actually care about you. I would refer anyone to bank here and I have. The proof is in the pudding. All around great bank.       I've been dealing with Bank of Glen Burnie for 40 years and have never had an issue with them or anybody that works for the bank. Sherry from the Severn branch is always there to help me when I have a problem. She has pulled me out of a few jams that I've gotten myself into.
