      Della is great but Director of Operations for online banking needs to be replaced. I uploaded all my bills to online banking but it couldn't find one of my bills. I went to the bank we spoke to the Director on the phone and without asking any questions about what bill it was or trying to find a resolution he flatly says to just send a check out for that bill. I can see why that bank is so far behind on everything.
