      Noemi was amazing! She was super professional and helpful compared to IBC Bank who has horrible customer service which said they ONLY helped account holders. Being from out of town The Bank & Trust did amazing!! Highly recommend 👌

      I've had an account with Bank and Trust for over 15 years now. I've never really been extremely happy with their service, but in the past 2 years I have had a lot of issues and no matter who you talk to, they always seem to have an "oh well" attitude. I think it's time to find a more suitable bank that actually still respects the fact that we put a great deal of trust in them to protect our assets.
