  Who knew the insurance company would be the better option to settle with, as to having this place handle my case. Basically could’ve gotten more money by settling direct. My atty did nothing for me! She actually told me I did most of the work, but yet she still took $3300. I would go months without hearing from her, and most of the time I had to call her for an update. I feel I was was mislead into going with this law firm, under promises of money they would get for me. What a waste of time, and a waste of my money. I would NEVER recommend the Brown Law Firm.

While I can completely admit that after reviewing your case, your Attorney should have done a better job at keeping you informed. However, many statements within your review are inaccurate. You came to us 1 year and 2 months after your accident took place because your attempts to resolve the claim with the insurance company were not working out. After agreeing to accept your case, we doubled the offer that the insurance company had originally given you and, in fact, we only took an Attorney fee on the increased portion of that offer. Again, I fully acknowledge that your attorney should have done a better job at keeping you informed and this will be addressed so that it does not happen in the future. I would love the chance to speak with you further if you decide you would like to have that conversation. Please us know so we can set something up and, again, we appreciate you using The Brown Firm on your case.
