  Ian and his team were great from our first call as he was boarding a plane back from a vacation. Their online app to gather documents and information to get our pre approval letter was simple and easy, and you continue to use the same app as you go through underwriting which is nice instead of switching like with some other lenders. He was great at explaining rates, what is safe/conservative in loan amounts given our income, and made sure our questions were answered once we were under contract ensuring we were aware what we would be charged or refunded from the sellers later. Their rate was comparable to the one other lender we explored, and but fees and closing costs were low and we also went with no points which are almost always included in advertised promotional rates. I would highly recommend working with Ian for your next property purchase to know you will have someone you can trust to answer your questions and provide feedback and detailed estimates through the whole process.
