      We can't thank Chris and his team enough for their outstanding support as we purchased our first home together. Although COVID-19 sprang up in the middle of our home search, Chris helped us navigate the new policies and assisted us in closing within three weeks from our offer date under asking price! He has incredible knowledge of the real estate industry and helped us identify issues to consider that we never would have thought about.       Jan and The Clements Group are a full-service realty company. Jan took us from beginning to close of escrow through all of the hiccups that come along during escrow. She called or texted to keep in touch as escrow went on and made us comfortable with everything. We chose Jan because we saw what she did for a friend of ours a couple of years ago. Jan is awesome! She knows Coronado like the back of her hand and has a feel for the market there. We can't recommend jan and The Clements Group highly enough.
