      Very shortly after the unexpected death of my father this bank released all of his funds to someone else. I was full administrator and sole heir of my fathers estate. This bank was very rude to me and wouldnt help provide any information to help resolve any of the probate responsibilities I was in charge of. I still have bills of my fathers i am unable to pay myself. They took no laws into consideration. I presume they feel as though any customer account and monies in that account belong to them upon the customers death and they may release it to whomever they decide. They literally would not say a word to me besides telling me to leave the bank. They released his monies to an acquaintance of his and closed his account. A sum of those monies being VA pension payments that were deposited upon his death and couple months following his death. That by itself is absolutely illegal. That should have been returned to the VA. Would not even provide me with simple proof he even had an account there so i could give it to probate court. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO NOT TRUST THIS BANK!!!!!
