      I called to get help on enrolling for my account on the site, none of the employees was able to resolve my issue. I had to call Southwest city to get this issue fixed. Found out that the lady who had set me up an account at this bank had not entered the correct information. I had to restart from the beginning and redo everything this lady had missed. This is ridiculous! The employees here need to have better training and need to work on their customer service. Especially the few ladies who kept hanging on the phone on me.
