Worst banking experience ever.This will be the second time that I will be closing my accounts with arvest. I decided to give them a second chance, but now They have put a block on my debit card because of a purchase that which made online now I cannot even get my money. It's pretty embarrassing when you go to purchase something at the store and your card gets declined knowing that you have plenty of money in the account. This will not happen again I am so done with Arvest bank. I have talked to 3 people and nobody can give me a straight answer as to why my credit card was blocked.
