  David was introduced to us through my husband Tim's assistant, Julie, and when Tim and David met for the first time, Tim immediately appreciated how David does business in the same manner Tim does: "Just do the right thing for the client, even if it doesn't always create revenue or a commission". We have done two mortgage refinances with David, both of which were excellent experiences, and Tim has introduced David to several of his clients, confident they will also appreciate that David will give them the best advice for their circumstance, even if that means "you do not need to refinance because what you have is appropriate for your current situation". It means a lot to us that we can trust David with ours and Tim's clients' money...
