      Buying a home for the first time is stressful. Credit wasn’t the best. But buying a home during this type of environment was next level stressful. But I had THE best team from realtor to THE DMV HOME LOAN EXPERTS. So many paperwork but each member specifically Richard, were able to hold my hand, be available with any and all questions and make sure I felt comfortable. They advocated for me. It wasn’t always easy but it was majorly rewarding. You want people that you can trust that will fight for you. They did that and my family and I will forever be grateful

      Hello, I worked with Richard Ray on my refinance. He was great to work with. He ran several scenarios regarding options for my loan. He was very detailed oriented and organized. After I submitted the loan application and all documentation his team partners sent daily emails on the progress of the loan and projected a date for settlement. I actually closed four days before my scheduled settlement date and received back $1500. I would recommend Richard Ray as a loan officer for anyone considering purchasing or refinancing their home.
