  DON'T USE THIS BANK unless you want to be treated badly and rudely. My father had multiple accounts both personal and business since Evangeline bank first opened in Alexandria. He had made alot of money for the bank in savings, loans, and annuities. When he died I was the executor of his will. He still had a business that was open but they froze all his accounts despite the fact that I had a copy of the will that I provided and we could not pay the bills or payroll. The bookkeeper yelled at me and was rude. The manager was rude, refused to return call and emails. I had just gone through losing my father and they made it Exceedingly more traumatic than it had to be. Didn't help at all. The bank COULD have helped me by telling me what I needed to do for them. When I finally got all my money out of there, it was a relief and the best day of my life.
