Family Credit Union was generous enough to meet my fiance and me during a trying time with quarantine and time-sensitive documentation to be our notary. Although Family Credit Union required a membership to do a notary, they were willing to help us in our time of need without us being members. I really think that shows the character of the business and its employees. Thank you for helping us!

I'm a John Deere worker on strike and this Credit Union offers no relief on payments, loans, credit cards, etc. Shame on this CEO for not having a plan in place for a person who has gone on strike. I'm a long time member with good standing and I find this ridiculous!!!
