My experience with The Federal Savings Bank was a positive one that met the financial goals I set and then some. With sudden and unexpected turnover involving the initial loan agent I connected with things could have gone south quickly and did not. Nick Martinthe Vice president of the Arizona branch makes promises he can not keep, he told me not to make my payments he had my refi done and all my debt paid. then came up with some B.S on the underwriters changing it all and he couldn't do it. Now I have late payments on my credit and it is shot. dont listen to them or trust this place, it will screw you over
