Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a lender. If you are looking for reliability, honesty and integrity this is not the bank for you... Run... They advised me not to lock in my rate after requesting it to be via phone. I was ensured that I was good to go and had nothing to worry about... 1 week later after paying out of pocket $1000 for an appraisal that the rates changed and that it would be an extra 1% from what we agreed upon on 2/25!!??? There was not a care in the world,,, i have now been misled and I'm being asked to pay 15k more a year on interest.. 1st time home buyers beware, do not trust them!!
