  Anna Jahangir and Lauren Couch of The Federal Savings bank made the experience of refinancing our house an experience I could say was enjoyable and in a very efficient time. Anna was the one that talked to me in the beginning of finding out about The Federal Savings Bank and their refinancing offer and the percentage rate on the loan I would maybe get. Anna told me that she would take some information from me and we could find out depending on my credit rating and other things she would need from me. Anna helped me find out what I needed for the application and in fact, when I told her my scanner wasn't working, she allowed me to take a picture of each form she needed and I was able to send them to her on my phone and she was able to use the photographed forms. Anna kept in touch with me and let me know what I might have missed and I was able to turn in all the paperwork the bank needed in about two days. I wasn't feeling good during the whole process of the application and getting items they needed and help me and made it very easy for me to get things done. Anna interduced me to her co-worker,, Lauren Couch who also helped me and Anna to get everything together to be able to present it to the people that decides on me getting a loan. I have refinanced 8 house loans of the houses I have owned, and I can say the experience I had with Anna Jahangir and Lauren Couch and the Federal Savings Bank was a very enjoyable experience and I have not had very many people that I have had to deal with during the loan application and even up to the closing and having the old Mortgage loan I got rid of, paid off and money that came to me in my bank account, at a very complete and fast action. I definitely would suggest to people, to use The Federal Savings Bank for a refinance of your home loan, and the people, Anna Jahangir and Lauren Couch, help you with the loan. I don't know what they can do for your refinancing loan, but I was able to get a 3% loan because I was able to get the low rate when it was down and the quick applying of the loan helped.

  Applies for a loan as a returning customer, paid $500 for an appraisal of my home, waited two months for them to tell me that it came back with incorrect sq ft of house and didn't include half my land, then was told it couldn't be fixed and that I would be reimbursed and after a month of waiting for that, was told after many ignored calls, that I was not gonna be reimbursed, and I was just S.O.L.. was the worst and most aggravating experience I've ever had with a bank/mortgage company.. would highly recommend using someone different

  I was befriended by my mortgage company. I was told I was locked in for a rate of 3.85 after weeks went by am I brought loan with getting close to funding I was told my rate has gone up to 4.75. I was upset to find out my mortgage broker had never locked it in. And they said there was nothing they could do about it.I asked to speak with the manager Kyle he expressed his concerns he apologized and he said he he would try to help me with the rate just to find out the next day my rate has jumped to 4.875. I was so angry by this point talk to Kyle again after several attempts to get him to answer my phone call another broker got on the phone and told me they got the rate down to 4.75 I wasn’t happy but at this time rates were going up in the fives and they knew they had me I had nowhere else to go. When my loan went to close I found out they didn’t give me the rate of four they bought the point down so they didn’t give me or help me with anything. When way that was supposed to be paid off they did not get the correct payoff which now I am waiting for over $700 to come back to me. And I had told them they had the wrong amounts because I’ve been paying on all of my bills. I am very unsatisfied with this company. They asked me to get a title company that I wanted to use in my area I gave him the address the name the phone number. Just to find out they completely ignored that and had their own company which took an extra two days and went was funded the title company apologized because they did not send it overnight they sent it on a two day delivery. One mistake and upset after another very dissatisfied with this company don’t believe what they say you must see it in writing!
