      I explained my situation, and the agent Thomas Matteo said no problem. Processing took 2 months, he kept asking me the docs I'd provided already, and I asked him if everything is fine.., he said 'no issues'. They charged me appraisal fee $600.00. 2 months later, I got declined. They gave me $540.00 back. I wasted time and money.
