After many frustrating experiences with business banking I suggested to my boss to try first national Bank of Howard Beach. Little did we know how brilliant that suggestion was. This branch is amazing. The employee's are amazing . They go above and beyond to assist their customers. If I have a problem it is fixed on the spot. If it's going to take awhile they call you to let you know it's been taken care of. No other bank has ever done that for use. Also, when you call that branch the phone is picked up immediately. Sal, Chris, Vanessa, Sabrina and another gentleman that works there truly are the nicest and helpful people we've met. The only way I would change banks is if this branch was to close. I recommend this branch to everyone. I have to point out again that the employee's are amazing.

Horrible experience refused to cash my check along with another branch. Was spoken over the phone rudely as if I had no education. My lawyers secretary told me over the phone they have never experienced having a problem with their clients cashing their checks issued thru their bank. Opted to open up an account with the branch was told by the branch manager rudely to not waste his or his colleagues time. While I waited prior their was a Caucasian couple he was serving with the upmost respect, in which I an African American wasn’t treated the same.
