      Wow I saw a lot of negative reviews I I I just left the review because I said this is the best bank in every way deposits business checking financial investing it’s been the best bank I’ve ever been to and I’ve been banking a long time I am so sorry people had bad experiences I have no idea I hate every other bank

      Absolutely abhorrent service. Not just at this Chase but chase as a whole is awful. Account was restricted and locked for literally no reason and in the middle of my meeting the lady I spoke to said she couldn’t help me anymore and to come back later because she was going on lunch. I would give this location and Chase as a whole zero stars if I could. Whole company should go bankrupt. The phone service was even worse, waited in a queue for an hour only to give someone my information then be placed back in another 20 minute queue which didn’t even get me back anyone on the phone and I woke up the next day my whole account was just gone.
