      Best realtor ever. Even after closing my realtor checked in and always supported us. Found me a better loan officer/broker than I had.       I have had the pleasure of working with this group over the past 12 years. Kelly Thacker is AMAZING! She assisted us in 2010 while making a move back to Ohio from PA and more recently in the purchase and sale of 2 more houses 1 for us and 1 for our dependent Mother and sister. I can not tell you the countless hours she spent (especially in this crazy market) helping us not only find the right location but the right builder who would customize things in the homes to help with special needs. We now have 2 beautiful new homes with only one house in between us so we can help take care of them easier. Also she did an excellent job of helping us determine updates and repairs as well as recommending a contractor to get us the best price (actually about 30% more than we expected) on the sale of the home she helped us buy back in 2010! I would never use anyone but this group and as long as Kelly is around she will always be my go to girl for Q&A on anything to do with homes. Just remember AMAZING and Kelly Thacker's name will flash before your eyes. Check out the view of the pond behind the house - Kelly helped us get this!
