  Absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this team of specialists. I recommend this team to anyone trying to purchase a home. My words cannot express how responsive, communicative, and helpful this team was processing our loan.   I could not have had a more pleasant and amazing experience while working with Jane Floyd's Team when buying my first home! From the very beginning of the home search process to signing the title of the home, each person I worked with was extremely phenomenal! They took the time to answer all of my "silly" new homeowner questions, they would walk me through each document in detail so I knew exactly what was happening, they actually taught me about the process along the way and spent so much time guiding me to make the right decisions on my first home, and were extremely patient all while doing so! They are more than just a lending company, they really are like a emotional support system as well! Couldn't be happier and more thankful
