  Dillon Floyd is very attentive and diligent about getting the process moving smoothly. Couldn’t be any happier with my experience with NFM. This is the second time I do my financing through them. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

  I want to point out that Charles Baxter made my home buying experience disappointing because he confused me with his misleading information and lack of good communication. Also, he has to work on his listening skills. There were occasions where I could not get a word. Moving forward, pay attention to your clients and explain the processes and information more clearly. Additionally, I want it known that lost 400 plus dollars for an inspection for a condo I assumed I was ready to purchase. Again, disappointed and embarrassed client.

  Glen Woo handled my refinance so well. He is professional, knowledgeable and hard working as well as an honest, good man. I had to call him several times with questions. He always gave me his time. He would answer my questions and if there was a concern, he always went above and beyond to make sure all was handled correctly. It was great to know I was in good hands.He kept me informed every step of the way. I have told friends about my experience and would refer him to anybody! So grateful.
