This is our family’s 4th buying/selling experience and Justin has been the ONLY finance guru to take the time to come to our closing date and meet us in person. He was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process of purchasing our home. He answered all my questions, no matter how unique. I never felt like a bother and he took the time to get to know our family. He advised us as sellers and buyers. He kept us informed and went the extra step to ensure there was no additional last minute documentation needed. We were even able to close a week early! Fingers crossed this is our forever home and family is done growing but if we move again Justin Rabin and Denise Cunningham (our realtor) will be the first two people to know! We are so excited to begin this next chapter of our life and I am so thankful to have the two of them supporting us.
