      This is the second time I've used Khalisa's team at Caliber Home Loans. The first was for the purchase of our home and the second was recently refinancing the home. Khalisa was exceptional to work with. She outlined the many options we had, gave advice on the pros/cons of the various options and once a decision was made she worked very hard to ensure it went through as planned. She and her team are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and fun to work with. They are also responsive - I never had to wait for a call back and was never left wondering if they got the info I submitted. The online interface was intuitive and any questions I did have were immediately answered. Fantastic experience overall!
