  We decided to work with Joe Kinney to refinance for the first time and make a couple other changes with our mortgage recently. I know nothing about the mortgage industry and let Joe know that right up front. Joe walked me through what to expect, was super communicative throughout the process and it turned out to be one of the easiest transactions of my life. My wife and I were very impressed how Joe laid out all our options, explaining the benefits or pitfalls that each decision would bring, allowing us to confidently make a decision and seamlessly complete the process. It was evident that Joe did a ton of work on the backend to make it such an easy process. We will be working with him on the next one 100%!
