This is a team not just one man! Michael and his wife Becky are the best of the best. As long as you truly have your credit in order and your credit records for the last two years they can get you a great deal. We paid about $1,000 to get a .625 point reduction and walked away with a 3.125%. If I had ANY questions Becky was always there to guide me. Michael and I had maybe 5 conversations the whole entire time, this is not a bad thing. This team has their @*&% together, each person already knows their role and their goal to get you the best home loan possible. We had a very small closing cost discrepancy at the end due to property taxes, they stepped up and got it corrected within hours. Thank you Pond team, we love our home and got it at a great rate!
